We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility. Returns can be requested via your Moodstan account or by emailing support@moodstan.com. A clear unboxing video and images are mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

Approved returns are processed as store credit only (no cash refunds) and issued as a gift voucher with unlimited validity. A flat ₹60 reverse shipping fee is deducted from the return value. Items must be unused and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Certain items, including sale, clearance, or combo products, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
