1. Return & Exchange Window

At Moodstan, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window starting from the date of delivery. Within this period, customers may request a return or exchange if the product does not meet expectations, subject to the conditions outlined below. Any request received after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Return & Exchange Process & Eligibility

Customers can initiate a return or exchange using either of the following methods:

For all return and exchange requests, You need to share the images & clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The product condition upon opening

  • Original tags and packaging

  • Any damage, defect, or missing item (if applicable)

Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns and exchanges are processed at the order level and not on a product-by-product basis.

Once a return request is submitted, customers must remain available for reverse pickup and respond to calls from the delivery partner. Missed pickups or unavailability may delay the process and may require the return request to be re-initiated.

3. Return Shipping

Moodstan arranges reverse pickup for all eligible returns and exchanges. A flat ₹60 reverse shipping fee per order will be charged and borne by the customer. This fee covers the cost of collecting the product from the customer’s address and returning it to our facility.

In rare cases where reverse pickup is not serviceable for a specific PIN code, customers may be requested to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

4. Refund Method & Charges

Moodstan does not offer cash refunds. All approved returns and exchanges are processed as store credit only, issued in the form of a gift voucher with unlimited validity.

The store credit amount is calculated after deducting the flat ₹60 reverse shipping fee from the value of the returned products. Store credit will be issued within 7 days after the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our quality team. Products that fail inspection will be rejected, and no store credit will be issued.

Notes

  • In cases where items are missing from a return shipment, and the returned package does not include all items claimed by the customer, Moodstan reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing item from the store credit value. This includes promotional items, complimentary products, and free gifts.

  • Any freebie or complimentary item received with an order must be returned along with the main product. If the freebie is not returned, its MRP will be deducted from the store credit issued.

  • Individual jewellery items from combo packs or gift boxes cannot be replaced or returned separately. Where applicable, returns or exchanges will only be processed for the entire combo or gift set.

  • Products purchased during special promotions, contests, clearance sales, or limited-time schemes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Moodstan reserves the right to verify returned items and make the final decision regarding return or exchange eligibility, in accordance with applicable laws.
