  • In case a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you immediately and offer a refund or alternative product.

  • All products sold on moodstan.com are genuine and of the quality described.

  • We ensure quality standards for all non-precious stone jewelry but do not provide gemological certifications as we do not deal in precious stones.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  • We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already placed.

3.2 Payment Methods

  • Digital Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - available for orders below ₹3,000 only

3.4 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for orders with a total value below ₹3,000 (including taxes and shipping).

  • COD orders may be subject to verification calls before dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders in case of repeated non-acceptance of deliveries.

4. Order Placement and Confirmation

4.1 Order Process

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the registered email address.

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability or acceptance of your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4.2 Order Acceptance

  • Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the product and send you a shipping confirmation email.

  • We may cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Order Cancellation

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately at support@moodstan.com or +91 95760 30821 (WhatsApp only).

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Shipping/Cancellation Policy and for returns and exchanges refer to return/refund policy.

5.2 Cancellation by Moodstan

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues

  • Pricing or product description errors

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Non-serviceable delivery location

  • Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders

In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

6. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Technical failures or internet outages
