No, we do not deal in precious stones; all of our jewelry features non-precious stones and materials.

Currently, Moodstan ships only within India and does not offer international shipping.

We accept Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available only for orders with a total value below ₹3,000

We provide free shipping on all orders of ₹499 or above. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applied.

Q: "What is your order cancellation policy?"
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@moodstan.com.
Q: "What is your return and exchange policy?"
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Returned products must be unused with all original packaging intact, and a clear unboxing video is mandatory. You can initiate a return by logging into your account at https://account.moodstan.com.
Q: "Do you offer cash refunds for returned items?"
No, Moodstan does not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are processed as store credit in the form of a gift voucher with unlimited validity, calculated after deducting a flat ₹60 reverse shipping fee.
