At Moodstan, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely, efficiently, and within the promised timelines. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered.

Shipping Coverage

Moodstan currently ships only within India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Any updates regarding expanded shipping regions will be communicated on our website.

Order Processing & Handling Time + Cut off time

All orders placed on Moodstan are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon – Sat) from the date the order is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During periods of high demand, sales, promotions, or unforeseen operational constraints, dispatch timelines may extend slightly. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Order cut off time:  12:00 AM (GMT+05:30)

Shipping & Transit Time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within an estimated 2–10 (Mon – Sat) business days, depending on factors such as:

  • Delivery location and PIN code serviceability

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, transit delays caused by courier partners or external factors are beyond our control.

Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, Moodstan works with trusted logistics and courier partners, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Ekart

  • Shiprocket

  • Shipmozo

Courier partner selection is based on serviceability, delivery speed, and operational efficiency for your location.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders with an order value of ₹499 or above

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 is charged on orders below ₹499

Please note:

  • Shipping fees, once paid, are non-refundable

  • Shipping charges are applied per order, not per item

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS. These details can be used to track your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Address & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact details. Moodstan will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

Unexpected Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Natural calamities

  • Government restrictions

  • Logistics partner delays

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

While Moodstan is not liable for delays caused by such external factors, we will always assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be raised by emailing support@moodstan.com with the order ID. Requests received after the 3-hour window or after dispatch will not be accepted.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
