4. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed:

  • Your order will move into processing status

If payment fails or remains incomplete, the order will not be confirmed.


5. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account:

  • The deducted amount is usually auto-refunded within 7 business days by your bank or payment provider

  • If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank first
